G4500 front end bounce

Good Afternoon,
We are expecting deliver of our first ambulance on a G4500 chassis and have been hearing from other services with them already in service about problems with "front end bounce". I have no experience with the Chevy chassis and have a couple questions that I hope more experienced fleet managers can answer for me.
1. Is this a common problem with all G4500 chassis or just specific manufacturers?
2. Are there simple solutions? One service said they changed the front shocks to Bilstein 24-187435 shocks and the problem was resolved. Has this type of change worked for anyone else?
Any info and/or suggestions would be appreciated.
