Swim Thompson Island (home of outward bound) from Squantum in Quincy. Leave from Chappel Rock, short walk from parking lot near Nickerson Bch. Around Thompson approx 6000 yds, but many shorter options avail. Water approx 64 degr. Very few jellyfish in Dot Bay last wk. Forecast calls for sun, 80 degr, 10 mph winds from north. Hi tide at 2:48 pm. Great place to kayak, too.
