Hi Everyone - I'm relatively new to the datasets that are available. Are there any that provide the energy produced by generators at a 5-minute level? I am aware of the MW production at start and end of dispatch periods but that only gives a very rough indicator of MWh production in that interval. If none are available in NEMOSIS (or NEMWEB), are you aware of a source? I'm specifically looking for solar farms to do some side-by-side comparisons. Thanks for any help.

Hi Josh,

What you're after would be metering data, which I believe is
confidential to market participant operating the plant. For most
purposes I would have thought linear interpolation between the 5 min
SCADA values would give a sufficient estimate of the 5 min energy
consumption. However, there is also 4 second resolution data SCADA
data published for validating the FCAS causer pays mechanism, but this
is only available for a few recent months. You could even use the 4
second data to check how well the linear interpolation estimate works.
