Missing data from August 2024 onwards?

Hi team, 
I'm working on a uni assignment and trying to get the demand data for NSW1 between the dates:

start_time = '2021/10/01 00:00:00'
end_time   = '2025/09/30 23:59:59'
However, after running multiple times and debuggin, I'm only able to fetch data until 2024-07-01. Can you please advise what I can do?
