I prefer white letters on dark canvas color scheme for text editor because I believe this is easier on the eyes. So when I installed 'bespin' color scheme for VS2010 everything worked fine at first but as soon as I restart the editor the letters revert back to black. I tried going to Options-> Environment-> Fonts and Colors, and from there it seems fine (ie plain text and text are set to white) but it looks black in the editor. The text in C# is white on dark surface as I want it to be. Does anyone knows what is wrong?

thanks.

I figured it out. It is not Nemerle highlighting error, it was plugin. Don't use Visual Studio Color Editor if you want white letters on dark surface.

Thanks.

I had the same problem  It's unfortunate because so many of us don't use the stock colors anymore.
