Nematus installation question

Hello there, 

I am on the theano branch (NOT the main branch), attempting to run setup.py. I am just curious which version of tornado you guys are using?

I have created a virtual environment with Python 2.7, and keep running into the following error: 

Which I'm assuming comes from the fact that the code from the tornado file looks like python 3.

Hello Cameron,

tornado 5.1.1 seems to be the last tornado version that supports Python 2.7. Note that we don't actively maintain the theano branch anymore, but happy to accept pull requests if you find and fix some issues yourself.
