Ihave 7000 units in FBA of a key product. Suddenly the listing became in active and i was advised to delete and relist. I did that and have been unable to relist since. Its taken 2 weeks and probably 30 or 40 emails back and forth with Amazon to establish what the issue is - someone else is using my EAN. The problem is that this is an old listing set up before GS1 was made mandatory and my EANs are not from GS1.

Hi. I recently have been selling as seller fulfilled and then converting to FBA if it is a good seller. When I tried to recent product I accidentally clicked manufacturer bar code rather than seller. Now I cannot send stock and Amazon keep missing the point on emails to them asking to change the bar code over. Can it be done? How can I do it! It is driving me mad as I have a box of stock waiting to be sent. Many thanks for reading. Billy.

I had to return something on Amazon end of last year, Amazon sent me a QR code, I took it to my local post office and they scanned it onto their system and it printed the label (check with the post office as not all of them are set up to do this)

I am getting complaints from buyers that they dont get the option of getting QR code on their return request. they ask us to provide the QR because they dont have printer to print prepaid return labels.

is there any way we can provide them QR code ? as far as i know its all provided by amazon.

A customer left us negative feedback just because she doesnt have a printer to print prepaid label and we are not providing QR code.

Can someone help Please, what can i do to deal with issue.

We advise that Amazon are in control of providing these labels. Unfortunately we are unable to supply a QR code (unless I suppose you have a contract with a courier where you could generate a QR code) and we advise them to return via a postage method appropriate for the product (generally Royal Mail Tracked 48) and we will reimburse the return postage if we are liable for it (ie damaged products)
