Hi Everyone

Am forwarding this to the group at Rosemarie and Howard's request. It is essentially a gathering for their winemaker's group, with a mediaeval theme, but we are all invited.

Hear Ye!  Hear Ye!
 
Your noble presence is requested to attend!
 
The Feast will be held at 70 Edens Rd, Hope on the 14^th day of April
 
Please arrive at the hour of 2 for an afternoon of feasting, games, fencing and other merriments.
The feasting is expected to continue until 6 or 7, when we will call for your horses and all head for home.
 

Please dress in mediæval attire and bring:

A mediæval dish of food (labelled please)

A jug of your favourite beverage

Feasting plate, bowl, cup, knife and spoon (if you have them)

an empty belly and a cheery disposition!

friends and family

Start time of 2pm!! This is so that we may enjoy the autumn sunshine (hopefully)               
 
We will try to have food, drink and games that match the mediæval theme (dates between 1000 and 1400).

Activities  may include petanque,  quoits, a quizz, archery, dancing
The more the merrier. Do bring friends and family that might enjoy the afternoon.

Hi Eryl

Thats OK - I hope Beth enjoyed her birthday - please pass on our belated birthday wishes!
We did have a lovely afternoon, and very good food - everyone went to a lot of effort with dressing up and cooking. Unsurprisingly no-one else from NM went a long - R & H were disappointed about that.
