Might I suggest that the secretary updates the list of phone numbers and contact details? We once had a list, but I think it is well out of date. If the secretary could keep the electronic file up to date (or in this case create one).
As for the posters and flyers, I brought these along so that people could all take some and put them up around town. These have the correct phone number on them, so please throw out any old ones you may have. I hope everyone grabbed a few before they left. I had expected we'd have a discussion at some point in the afternoon, but there wasn't one before we had to go.
Can I also encourage you all to think about ways to publicise the group and attract new members. This is something we always need to keep going in the background as people come and go. The other year we did a poster campaign and those pub, grub 'n' garb nights. Maybe we can come up with something new and interesting this year.
Also, Alli and Hazel, can you update the Found website contact details. I guess it should be Hazel's phone number as Chatelaine, but perhaps it should be Alli's postal address as Secretary? http://www.found.org.nz/net/recreation-and-hobbies/history/nelson-mediaeval/3369/organisation.aspx

I'm open to suggestions for permanent installations here to make gatherings easier/ more fun.
We have some unclaimed items from the day; wooden plate, wooden spoon, small metal bowl (I think it had cottage cheese in it), blue vege peeler, cute floppy green hat, some NM posters and targets. Let me know if they're yours or if you've left something here I haven't yet discovered.
Markus and Christine - thanks so much for staying with Beth and Mikala while I took Gwyn home :) Could I please have the recipe for the yummy pesto?
Yvonne - I meant to ask on Saturday but forgot. I've hunted through my emails (inbox, NM file and deleted, just in case) and I can't find the invitation to the general NM mailing list - could you please send it again or give me instructions appropriate for a semi-trained monkey? Thanks.
Does everyone feel okay about circulating phone numbers and email addresses so that messages like these last two can be sent directly, rather than to the group? Mine are e.f.g...@xtra.co.nz and 5418677.
