Hi

Here the information required for the Marchfest:

The stall needs to be set up at 1 pm and we will run it to 5 pm. I suggest to meet at 11:00 at the back entry door.

People helping:
Markus, Christine, Boyd, Yvonne, Mike, Kate, Alli

Boyd and Yvonne:
Please bring awning, tent and some weaponry

Mike & Kate:
Please bring 3-4 straw bailes as agreed

I have 8 tickets available and so far only 7 people, would be good if someone else joined.

For special shot I have one price, it would be great if we could have another one, like a small pouch or similar. From the money costs will be re-imbursed.

I try to arrange entry into the area for our cars.

@Boyd: Do you think you can arrange the fencing again? To keep spectators away from the archery range. And can we use one of the shields again to hang up the rules?

@Yvonne: Can you eventually make a quick&dirty poster of the next Mediaeval Faire? A good time to advertise it.

I will contact the staff at founders to see if the fencing poles are available.
I also have a spare pouch for a prize if you need one.

@all helpers Marchfest:

I just got the information that cars need to be out at 11am on Saturday. If you all could arrive a quarter to 11 at the rear entry, so that we can unload the cars quickly it would be much appreciated.

@Boyd: Please bring the pouch. We work out a way of refunding the costs that occured to you. Thanks!

I think I'll have time to do the Med Faire poster.  What date were we holding it again?
And I'll bring some flyers and one of our normal posters.

Good question...

I'd say if it's pooring down at 11 we don't bother to set up. If it's only drizzling or cloudy we do it. That worked well last year, where it wasn't looking particularly good, but stayed ok the whole day.

By the way: I'm on a training the next two days, and won't have access to email before Friday evening!

Everything will be fine!
