Hi All

Please see the email below from Tom Neilson (ex NZ Mens Captain) and Mitch Graham (ex NZ Mens U21 Captain).

They are running a training/development course in about 10 days time in Christchurch, which could be valuable to you or your players - please forward as appropriate.

As detailed below this course in not aimed at total beginners, I believe that players should be confident in their boat, and able to roll - however if you have interested players, Tom and Mitch will be able to confirm these details on 0272907741 or reply to tom...@live.com.

If you are interested in a rolling course or basic skills, please let me know so we can plan a course in Christchurch after Easter.

NZCPA is also planning on running a course in each of Dunedin, Invercargill and Greymouth, so I am looking forward to receiving possible dates from you.

Hello

Mitch Graham and I are running a Canoe Polo development camp on the 9-10th of March at Lake Rotokohatu in Christchurch between 9am and 3pm.  

We would be tailoring the camp towards players with some Canoe Polo experience from schools to players that have been around for a while and just want to polish their skills. The camp would aim to improve basic boat, paddle, and ball skills as well as knowledge of tactics. 

Could you please ask players you think would be suitable for this camp.  For both days it will cost each player $60 and if they want to only attend the Saturday it will cost them $40.  We will be supplying a BBQ sausage for lunch on both the Saturday and Sunday. Plastic boats and gear would be available if needed.

This fundraising will help us pay for our national league this year. 

Unfortunately camping would not be available at the lake but there is at North and South holiday park 1km from the lake.

When you reply please let us know anything the players would like to learn and how many days they are wanting to attend.
