In accordance with the City Council Resolution, the Austin Parks and Recreation Department will evaluate parkland dedication with community stakeholders and explore opportunities for fine tuning the commercial and residential parkland dedication ordinances.

Included with your sponsorship of a tree is a personal plaque on our own dedication signage at the Grove which you can visit in person.
Our meaningful Tree and Bench Plaque Dedications mark a specific tree at our Coldwater Canyon Park. We also offer dedications of beautiful wooden benches that are placed around our park for loved ones to come visit, sit, and connect with nature.
The event will take place on Saturday, October 21, 2023, with a formal dedication program and an opportunity to view the new learning spaces and tour the new BMHS Campus.
