Hi LAYLA,
The mesh could be visualised by .fXXXXX file generated by running your case with Nek5000. As a result, .par/.rea, SIZE and .usr files are also needed.
Set the param(10) in .rea file or endTime in .par file to 0 to set the postprocessing mode
Compile your case and run it. You could get a .f00001 file in your case folder.
Run visnek script to generate a .nek5000 file, then you can open it with vIsit or Paraview, in which you can check your mesh properly.
