Hello,

I am a user of Nek5000, and I'm currently working on simulating a small-aspect-ratio Rayleigh-Bénard convection problem. While we can simulate the flow field, we would like to calculate the Lyapunov exponents from the simulated flow field, like in the paper "Lyapunov exponents for small aspect ratio Rayleigh-Bénard convection" by J.D Scheel and M. C. Cross (the paper has been attached). I wanted to know if there were any examples that could help me get started with the Lyapunov exponent calculation.
