How to speed up the simulation

Hi,

I am working on a simaultion my local system with 13 core and 10 iteration per min I am getting. When I change it to HPC and work with 96 core(select=4, npcus=24 , mpiproces=24) i am getting 20 iteration per min I am not getting why this issue is this . If anyone have any idea on this kindly help me to figure out this issue because in 96 it should scale more .
