Dear,
I have created a mesh with gmsh and used gmsh2nek to convert it to a nek mesh. During the conversion process we have to select if we want periodic boundaries. The mesh that comes from selecting "no" is running ok. However the mesh with the Periodic pair has shorter dimensions. My periodic faces are 2*pi distance from each other (0.0 to 6.28) in the z-direction. However I am getting my zmin and zmax as:
0.69777777777638239 5.5822222222234581 Zrange
There are no errors during the conversion process, but the solution blows-up immediately. Any idea how to fix this? The .msh file seems to be ok since I can run it without periodic boundaries
Thanks Filipe
