axisymmetric simulation with a hybrid mesh

Hello everyone,

I am encountering convergence issues during the pressure solver initialization in Nek5000.

Case: It is an axisymmetric case, 'A ' BC assigned to FACE ID 1, and IF AXIS - T. The mesh is created in GMSH. It is a hybrid mesh. (image of the mesh is attached)

I have confirmed:
It runs fine when IF AXIS is F. But when I turn on IF AXIS T, I see the following message in the output (see below).  

It also runs fine when I use a structured mesh, with IF AXIS T and 'A  ' bc.
