Question about energy equation non-dimensionalization

I have a question about the energy equation. It is said in the theory section that temperature is non-dimensionalized as T* = T -T0/DeltaT

Is the DeltaT set up anywhere before the run or computed during the run? How do we recover the dimensional temperature then?

Also, what about T0? From the example cases, these 2 variables do not seem to be specified in the .par file
