DIV(V)-QTL too large!

Dear community,
In my simulation case, a warning as shown in the figure below has appeared. It is noted that the value of DIV-QTL is relatively small. Could this warning be attributed to insufficient mesh quality, or is it more likely caused by an error in the simulation setup? The mesh, size file, par file, and logfile are provided below for reference.
Any suggestions and criticisms are appreciated.
