Thisequivalency tool is helpful for any prospective student, but not all transfer institutions or courses are represented. Generally, Temple accepts academic, college-level courses beyond the developmental level completed with a grade C or better. College-level coursework completed at an institution that is not accredited by an institutional accrediting agency will be evaluated for course equivalencies. Exceptions to any of these criteria might be considered and might be eligible for credit by validation after matriculation.

Depending on scores, Temple also awards academic credit for A-level exams, Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB) and CLEP. Credit may also be available for previous academic, employment, military or other learning experiences not earned in a traditional college or university classroom setting.

For information about program and major requirements, see the University Bulletin. Courses that come in as electives may be part of an articulation agreement where a combination of courses might fulfill a requirement in your major. Learn more about signed Dual Admissions agreements, Gen Ed to Gen Ed agreements and Program to Program agreements. Students who are admitted to Temple University with prior college credits will receive an official transfer equivalency statement from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Currently enrolled Temple students who are considering taking courses elsewhere must get prior permission (see policy about transferring courses after matriculating) but can use this tool to identify classes at other institutions and their possible equivalencies at Temple.

This tool serves as a guide to research courses that have previously been evaluated for transfer credit at North Carolina A&T State University. The tool is updated daily as new transcripts are reviewed. Upon admission, students will receive an official transfer credit evaluation from the Office of Transfer Articulation. Please note that the information provided in the tool is a guide and should be considered unofficial. To receive credit, a grade of "C" or higher (not "C-") must have been earned in the course. Visit here for more information about transfer admissions.

North Carolina A&T State University may award transfer credit for Advanced Placement (AP), College Level Examination (CLEP), Cambridge and International Baccalaureate (IB) Program. Transfer credit equivalency information for examinations can be found via our transfer credit site. Official scores should be submitted to the University via the testing agencies for a transfer credit evaluation.

Adversaries may transfer tools or other files between systems in a compromised environment. Once brought into the victim environment (i.e., Ingress Tool Transfer) files may then be copied from one system to another to stage adversary tools or other files over the course of an operation.

Adversaries may copy files between internal victim systems to support lateral movement using inherent file sharing protocols such as file sharing over SMB/Windows Admin Shares to connected network shares or with authenticated connections via Remote Desktop Protocol.[1]

Files can also be transferred using native or otherwise present tools on the victim system, such as scp, rsync, curl, sftp, and ftp. In some cases, adversaries may be able to leverage Web Services such as Dropbox or OneDrive to copy files from one machine to another via shared, automatically synced folders.[2]

During the 2022 Ukraine Electric Power Attack, Sandworm Team used a Group Policy Object (GPO) to copy CaddyWiper's executable msserver.exe from a staging server to a local hard drive before deployment.[5]

LockerGoga has been observed moving around the victim network via SMB, indicating the actors behind this ransomware are manually copying files form computer to computer instead of self-propagating.[1]

Sandworm Team has used move to transfer files to a network share and has copied payloads--such as Prestige ransomware--to an Active Directory Domain Controller and distributed via the Default Domain Group Policy Object.[4][31]

Network intrusion detection and prevention systems that use network signatures to identify traffic for specific adversary malware or unusual data transfer over known tools and protocols like FTP can be used to mitigate activity at the network level. Signatures are often for unique indicators within protocols and may be based on the specific obfuscation technique used by a particular adversary or tool, and will likely be different across various malware families and versions. [40]

Monitor for network traffic originating from unknown/unexpected hardware devices. Local network traffic metadata (such as source MAC addressing) as well as usage of network management protocols such as DHCP may be helpful in identifying hardware.

Overview of Cost Transfer Tool

The cost transfer tool is a web-based form and routing system used to process both salary and non-salary cost transfers. The tool links the financial software WISER into the processing system SFS and creates an automatic request of transferring actual expenditures.

Once you have applied your Field Mapping Settings from the Editor Settings burger button, follow the informational notifications on the tool to select the source and target features on the map - -app/latest/help/editing/transfer-attributes-between-features.htm

I am experiencing this same issue. I have all attributes linked correctly and follow the prompts as directed. It shows attribute transfer completed and still in my table no attributes have been transferred.

Having this same problem- and in Arcmap (if it was points overlapping) it respected the order of target and source. I got my stuff to work by turning off my target> clicking the transfer tool and the source point> turning my target point back on and clicking. It doesn't look like the tool recognizes the order if the features are overlapping. Maybe this is isolated to points- but I wonder why this is happening and what I can do about it?

I was pretty frustrated with this tool in Pro. Settings all seemed correct. Target feature set as editable and selectable. Source feature set as selectable. Field names were paired correctly in Field Mapping. In this case I was transferring attributes from a point feature class to a polygon feature class. The solution which seems to work is adjusting the feature classes in the Drawing Order. When I had the point feature class lower than the polygon feature class in the Drawing Order it did not transfer attributes. As soon as I moved the point feature class to the top above the polygon feature class in the Drawing Order the attribute transfer tool started working. I am a little less certain how this trick would work with other geometry types, but I suspect the Source feature should always be on top in the Drawing Order and the Target feature below it.

I'm still experiencing issues with this tool. I have to have my source layer turned on, click it, then turn it off and click the destination layer in order for the tool to work. I could save a lot of time it I didn't have to toggle the source layer on and off during this process

I can't get this tool to work at all using any of these methods. I'm trying to transfer geometry (I selected Shape in the attribute mapper) from one polygon dataset to another and it's just not happening.

Official transfer evaluations are conducted for current UT Dallas students after receipt of an official transcript as part of the admissions process. The transfer credit tool can only provide you with an unofficial transfer evaluation. Transferability of any listed course is not guaranteed.

A convenient way to download multiple files from the GDC is to use a manifest file generated by the GDC Data Portal. After generating a manifest file (see Preparing for Data Download and Upload for instructions), initiate the download using the GDC Data Transfer Tool by supplying the -m or --manifest option, followed by the location and name of the manifest file. OS X users can drag and drop the manifest file into Terminal to provide its location.

The GDC Data Transfer Tool supports resumption of interrupted downloads. To resume an incomplete download, repeat the download of the manifest or UUID(s) in the same folder as the initial download. Failed downloads will appear in the destination folder with a .partial extension. This feature allows users the ability to identify quickly where the download stopped. For large downloads this feature can let the user identify where the download was interrupted and edit the manifest accordingly.

The GDC Data Transfer Tool supports file versioning. Our backend data storage supports multiple file versions so older and current versions can be accessible to our users. For information about accessing file versioning information with our API and finding older UUID information from current UUIDs please check out the the API User Guide section in our API documentation. When working with older manifests or older lists of UUIDs the latest version of a file can always be download with the --latest flag.

A user authentication token is required for downloading Controlled-Access Data from GDC. Tokens can be obtained from the GDC Data Portal (see instructions in Obtaining an Authentication Token). Once downloaded, the token file can be passed to the GDC Data Transfer Tool using the -t or --token-file option:

The directory in which the files are downloaded will include folders named by the file UUID. Inside these folders, along with the the data and zipped metadata or index files, will exist a logs folder. The logs folder contains state files that insure that downloads are accurate and allow for resumption of failed or prematurely stopped downloads. While a download is in progress a file will have a .partial extension. This will also remain if a download failed. Once a file is finished downloading the extension will be removed. If an identical manifest is retried another attempt will be made to download files containing a .partial extension.
