The DJC did a little blurb on Freya & Karsti today. We developed these projects in partnership with Hamilton Urban Partners. Once completed, OpenDoor Co-living opened a Seattle office in order to operate them for us. These projects represent a big step forward for us, marrying our experience designing small apartments & shared amenities to OpenDoor's expertise in operating co-living buildings and building community.
