Dear Community Leaders,

The City Planning Commission has embarked on a plan to create an up-to-date blueprint for the growth of the East Falls - Manayunk - Roxborough area.

We have just scheduled the 1st of three public meetings for this plan and we ask that you assist us in getting the word out to your vast network of contacts.  Here are the details, which are also contained in the attached flyer:

Main Building

3000 West School House Lane

This meeting will give an overview of the district planning process and existing conditions in Lower Northwest.  The public will also work in small groups with Planning Commission staff.  This activity and discussion will provide the public with their first opportunity to help shape future development and public investment decisions in the District.

These three meetings will all have different formats.  Therefore, it is important that residents from all areas of the District attend.
