There's so much going on with the NC Legislature these days that Equality NC is hitting the road to tell you all about it, and to enlist your help in what may be the largest campaign for LGBT rights in our state's history! Please join Equality NC Executive Director Ian Palmquist, Director of Community Organizing and Outreach Rebecca Mann, Director of Communications Jen Jones, and Western NC Community Organizer Paul Choi in Asheville next week for a town hall meeting on LGBT rights in our state. We'll talk about the anti-LGBT constitutional amendment, as well as other policy that will potentially impact all of us who care about equal rights, and what you can do about it! It's all happening on Thursday, April 14th at 60 North Market Street in downtown Asheville in the Club Room on the 5th floor. A social hour will begin at 6:00, and the town hall meeting will start at 7:00. Please join us for this informative and empowering evening! And let us know you'll be there by clicking here. Hope to see you next week, -Rebecca
