Dear Neighbors,
I have attached the memo on the accessory apartments ZTA that I sent to the Planning Board a few minutes ago. I encourage you all to send me your written statements, so that we can see the range of issues and ideas that are being raised.
Unfortunately, I cannot attend the hearing on Thursday. Please let me know how it goes!
