Urgent: there has been a fire on a residencial building in the Holland Neighborhood

Hello Commissioners, I would like to inform you all that there has been a fire on my building. The apartment next to my apartment has cut a fire last night and as a result, we have to be relocated by tomorrow 5pm.  The address of the building is 2101 Washington St. NE Mpls, MN 55418. Now, the majority if not all are new Americans mostly Somali American. the majority of them are children, or large extended families. 

The reason I am contacting you is that these families have just been inform to relocate by tomorrow, 5pm. we just received a latter from the landlord asking all the section units to move and they are not providing any alternatives. So, matter of hours, these families are asked to move without any other help from the management. 

I am among those families, and i don't even know where to go. As a commissioner, what are my responsibility? where should i start? who should I contact? Now, I couldn't contact you earlier as i am also confused and shocked with the result. 

This was the best i can do while i am also figuring out where i take my family.
