Welcome Newly Appointed Commissioners (Jimenez, Dobratz)

NCEC Commissioners,

I have received confirmation that the Minneapolis City Council has just appointed former district NCEC Commissioner Henry Jimenez and Matthew Dobratz to the commission.  In line with sentiments to have the open seats filled expeditiously their appointments go into effect immediately.  

I look forward to seeing you all this coming Tuesday, December 17th, the special meeting date we picked in lieu of the normal meeting time falling on Christmas eve.
