i am pretty new in the freepbx world. My company presently used FreePBX for the IVR features, all the phone are managed by an other pbx. Inbound call flow from the pstn to the ivr, and after the selection, to a pbx phone by the trunk.

Not directly. You have to either use a Record Action item (called within a Record Action Field), to launch a related action direclty pertaining to a specified id (or maybe launch a contextless record list action that isn't specific to any record id), or you'd need to use a Start Process Link that takes the user into a new instance of a process model using whatever context you want. You can't do the latter version using any button, while also taking the user directly into the process at least (a button could fire a "start process" call, which would launch a process instance in the background and the user would be able to see the task in their task list).

If the source of Read only grid is of type RECORD/ (And that record had same actions wt u wanna achieve like delete and upload as record actions)/ u can directly call them in configuration tabin record actions param

My understaning is phones sold in US markets no longer include this functionality due to the myriad of state laws governing privacy. Each state has different laws governing the legality of recording conversations.

Hi. Is it possible to record calls on graphene os? I heard apps are run in separate instances similar to virtual machines and cannot reach top level / root, which is necessary to get access to function recording.

To anyone with a fairphone 5 because I only have the 4. Does this app work with 2 way recording? I know it works for the fairphone 4 with lineage very well. Planning to buy a second fairphone but this is a deal breaker for me. Hoping someone can confirm that call recording from both parties work with the FP5.

I am attempting to create a new catalog item request from a CMDB table. Whenever I click on the UI Action it should populate the record producer and submit it without leaving the current page that I'm on. I know you can get the session variables and send it a record producer via client script, but I'm looking to stay on the original page without being redirected.

I saw this thread, but I don't think it's addressing my question. They are still redirecting to the record producer after clicking on the UI Action to submit it; I need to not redirect but still submit the record producer. Is this part possible?

I have created a custom activity entity - Call Attempt. I have a ribbon button on the Phone Call entity - when clicked, it creates a call attempt for the user and all these call attempts are shown in a subgrid on the original phone call. I also need to link the original phone call on the call attempt record. So these are the steps that I am following:

I created a power automate flow to run as soon the text guid is populated, then updates the record to populate the phone call lookup field in call attempt. So in the lookup field, I am using the syntax phonecalls(TEXT_GUID_DYNAMICVALUE).
But I keep getting this error.

Turns out an identifier for activity entities is different. For any custom activity entity, the identifier is ACTIVITY, not the name of the entity like we have for others, eg identifier for phonecall is phonecall, but for any custom activity entity, it is activity. So in my update record, it should have been this;

Could you show me your mappings? Have you got any other mappings in that update? Please show a screenshot. Also is that trigger is when a phone call record is updated? In that case you don't need the list. You can get the Id directly from the trigger.

So the trigger is when the 'Call Attempt' entity record is created. A button on my phone call ribbon creates a record called Call Attempt. Call Attempt is a custom activity entity - only used with the phone call entity.

So when the call attempt button in phone call is clicked, a call attempt record is created. And on the call attempt record, I need to link the original phone call. So the code which creates the call attempt record also updates a text guid of the phone call from where it was created.

So what I am having my power automate flow is to run whenever a call attempt is created and a text guid is populated. Then I want the original call attempt (a lookup field to phone calls) to populate with the link via the power automate flow. I have been doing this for another custom button as well where a phone call is created from phone call. That works perfect.
But referencing the phone call from a call attempt is giving errors.

Description
We would like to create an automate daily export of our Zoom Phone call log data so that our BI software (Phocas) could digest the data and we can build custom reports/visuals. Is there currently a way to do this? Also, I noticed that the API call for call logs is limited to a rolling 6 month period, is there a way to pull data from further out? Also, is there a way to pull more than 300 records at a time?

For example, Sarah Jones creates a call to Dr. Ackerman and uses the CallReport_vod record type to record the call. A medical science liaison (MSL), Larry Lakes, visits Dr. Ackerman later to follow up on a medical inquiry. Larry selects the MSL_Meeting_Brief_vod record type to record his call.

If an offline user changes the record type for a planned call, the call report page reloads with the page layout of the newly selected record type. Any data associated with the original record type is not saved.

If an online user changes the record type for a planned call, all of the previous picklist field values persist. The user can save and submit the call with the previously selected picklist values, even if those values are not designated values for fields on the new record type.

A recording will expire and be automatically deleted after a set period of time. The length of time it's available is set by your admin, but you can change the expiration date of any given recording. For more info, see Manage the expiration of a meeting recording.

Meeting recordings won't capture whiteboards, annotations, shared notes or content shared in the stage view by apps, and also won't include videos or animations embedded in PowerPoint Live presentations.

Anyone who meets the following criteria can start or stop a recording, even if the meeting organizer isn't present, as long as the meeting organizer has their cloud recording policy setting turned on.

Your admin's settings determine whether (and when) a recording will expire. If your recording has an expiration date, you'll see a message indicating that when the recording pops into the meeting chat after the meeting ends.

Or, go to My files in your OneDrive or SharePoint site and view as a list. Mouse over the recording in question, select Show actions (the three vertical dots to the right of the file name), and then choose Details.
