For your information.  The June 19th Dublin City Ramblers gig and the July 25th Baseball games both look like good ideas for our next NEGGs events.  Anyone interested in attending, let me know.  We may be able to cover or subsidize tickets for the Rox game depending on numbers.

For those interested in being involved, there is a meeting for ICONS Festival Volunteers at ICCNE on June 16th at 7 pm.  I will be going since NEGGs will have a table at the festival again this year.  Please feel free to join me – the meetings are always kind of fun even with all the work that gets done and the music and craic in the bar afterwards is great.

We had fun at the Irish Breakfast a few weekends ago, although we picked probably one of the busiest Sundays to be there.  It was a beautiful day and the kids got to go out on the playground.  I’ll post the pictures this weekend.

The Volvo Boat Race generated lots of waterfront buzz last weekend both here and in Galway where they’re eagerly awaiting their arrival.  Hope you got to enjoy some of it; I may have some pictures to post over the next week or so.

Summer is right around the corner (yay!).  Feel free to share events that you know of around the region, and suggest places and things of interest.

Best,

Julie
