We have moved the Irish Film Festival to the end of March 2010, but
never fear we have two great samplings of the Best of Ireland and the
Irish on Screen coming your way this month

The First:

A Sneak Peak of the film KISSES,Thursday November 19th, 7pm at the
Brattle Theater,Cambridge.

Directed by Lance Daly and winner at Galway Film Fleadh for Best Irish
Feature, "Kisses" will get general release late next year here in the
states, so don't miss the chance to see it prior. See our site for

The Second:

"BLAZING THE TRAIL, THE STORY OF THE KALEM FILM COMPANY IN IRELAND"
Monday November 23rd, 7pm at the Coolidge Corner Theater in
Brookline.

A Boston Irish Film festival Production by our own Peter Flynn, "
Blazing the Trail, The story of the Kalem Film Company in Ireland"
returns us to the early days of the cinema as we recreate the
Nickelodeon experience with music, song, and film to celebrate the
first ever fiction films made in Ireland.
