Here are excerpts from today's NWS Weather Briefing which focused around the potential for severe weather over the next couple of days.  Spotter activation will be sent by text message to those participating.  Please monitor the Spotter Activation Statement and Hazardous Weather Outlook at BarrowCountySkywarn.com. 

If conditions warrant we (Hall County Skywarn, NEGARC Skywarn and Barrow County Skywarn) may activate a severe weather net on the W4TL repeater. Frequency information can be found atBarrowCountySkywarn.com
