Sirent test - last minute details

We’ll conduct this one like we did the last one, starting on the Tri-County repeater and then moving to NEGARC. Since we were able to determine that folks were able to receive both repeaters we’ll just pick up the ones who weren’t able to get into Tri-County when we go to NEGARC.
