Horizon Christian Academy, 1270 Sawnee Drive, Cumming Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, BSA registered and non-registered leaders are all encouraged to attend Roundtable is a great opportunity to understand what scouting activities are occurring within the NE Georgia Council and Etowah District. It also provides an opportunity to discuss topics amongst peers that are important to you, your scout(s), and/or your unit. What is Roundtable? Roundtable is for ALL Scout Volunteers!!! Breakout Sessions After opening announcements (approx 20 minutes), the Order of the Arrow, Boy Scout, and Cub Scout breakout sessions will occur to discuss different topics to include:
- Youth Protection - Two sessions will be available at this Roundtable. The 2nd session will be offered from 8:30 - 9:00 to allow leaders to attend other sessions. If you are not trained or current in your training, this is a session you will want to attend.
- Cub Scouts - How the West Was Fun, September Pack Meeting ideas
- Cub Scouts - Den Leader Training
- Boy Scouts - Outings/Summer Camp/Staffing
Note: All Breakout Sessions will wrap-up by 8:30 PM, except this month’s additional Youth Protection session starting at 8:30 P.M. Dress Code: BSA Class-A/Field uniform is encouraged, but not required. Upcoming Scouting Dates/Activitites:
