Need guidance and reference to stay in Ashram

Hello everyone! 

We are from vadodara gujarat. My wife and I are planning a trip to Kainchi Dham for 1-2 days and we could use some guidance on planning our travel and accommodation. We're not familiar with the route, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've heard that for accommodation, we need to send an email with an old devotee reference. Can someone please guide us on this process or provide a reference?

Additionally, we'd love to know about any nearby attractions we can explore during our trip.
