You have to reach to kathgodam / haldwani by train from delhi
From Haldwani you can get a direct bus or cab to kainchi ashram. It's a two hr run approximately.

If commuting by bus, after reaching Haldwani, look for any bus bound for either Ranikhet, Almora or Bagheshwar.

If planning to go by train, board Kath Godam Express from Old Delhi Railway Station and go to Kath Godam railway station. From there either hire a taxi or catch a bus; both of these options are easily available from Kath Godam railway station itself. 

Kainchi Dham is about 36km from Haldwani, about 32 km from Kath Godam and about 11 km from Bhowali.  

The road from Haldwani/Kath Godam to Kainchi Dham is good and very motor-able.

You may as well go to the Dham from Delhi by your own car, in which case the route is: 

From Delhi, take Nizammudin Flyover, to go to NH 24, then keep on driving starlight up to J P Nagar, then flyover, after that better take a left U turn towards Hapur By Pass, to go to Haldwani via Ram Nagar, Tundla, etc. 

In case of doubt, you may make use of Google maps guidance.
