I live in Mumbai city & am just a devotee like you. I don't have any connection with Kainchi Trustees. I suggest you write them a letter and post it. They will reply to you.

If Baba ji wishes you will get a stay at the Ashram itself. Otherwise there are may hotels and other accommodations near the Ashram. You can book them online too.

Sir, there are many hotels from budget class to high tariff around Kainchi Dham ashram. You can stay comfortably there. 

Do search on YouTube, many youtubers give details of stay in Kainchi Dham.

Please don't transfer any money if any  youtuber asks for money. Pay directly to the hotel where you intend to book

Jai ho Shri Babaji.

There is very less chances to get the accommodation. You can take a home stay as per your budget. You can also visit to vrindavan for babaji's ashram.That place is also full of babaji blessing and you can feel the  presence of Shri  Gurdev. next time I also is planning to visit there.
