Reference for stay at Kainchi Dham

Dear Devotees,
Request someone to please help me with a reference. I wish to stay at the ashram, read somewhere maximum stay one can can have is for 3 days, not sure if that's correct
Also is August the right time to stay given the monsoons. Please guide.
Will need the availability of days when the rooms are available for planning the trip
