Need guidance to stay in the Ashram

Dear fellow devotees, 

I am planning to go to Kainchi Dham post Diwali this year and I really want to stay in the Ashram for one day. Can someone please guide on the permissions etc. Also read that a reference from an old devotee is needed to stay there. 

I am a new devotee myself and hence need help.

Dear Devotees

Kindly travel to kathgodam and from there either you can go by taxi or bus
Bus takes almost ,2 to 3hrs were as taxi will take you to dham in 2 hours

Taxi charges Rs 150 per head

Dear Ruchika

I stayed earlier this year at the Ashram, it was my first visit to Kainchi and Maharaj Ji took care of everything. The Priests and Staff were very welcoming and I felt like I was at home regarding care, etc. They would invite/call you for breakfast/lunch/supper/tea, etc. The best thing was to attend the evening Prayer (after everyone left the Ashram, after Aarti) - it was one of the best experiences.

To stay at the Ashram, you need to send a request letter to the Ashram address (plz google it) - if it is accepted you will receive a call at your contact address/number and then all set.

Btw, I traveled from South Africa.

Many thanks Vinayak for sharing your experience and this is exactly why I feel l almost a pull to go and stay there. 

I will surely write to them and somewhere in the instructions I saw that a reference from some devotee who has stayed there  before is needed. So,  I am really hoping you can give me the reference.
