Important point regarding Time Schedule for Interviews of BE Electronic and Telecommunications

[Career Expo]

Dear Students,

There were a few discrepancies in the previously sent schedule where some students were scheduled for 4 interviews and others for 2. Now, we have changed a schedule a bit to give almost equal opportunity to the students (atleast 2-3 interviews for each student). 

Now, this is the minimum numbers of interviews you will be able to appear in. after going through your scheduled interviews, you can visit USEFP people all day (10:00 to 03:30 P.M i.e. whole day) and also give interviews to other companies mentioned in your list (you will coordinate with the counselor to queue you for the interview with other companies). 

Do not worry and prepare well for tomorrow. 

Also, let me remind you that those interested in giving the CloudBPO test should be in the department of electronic engineering before 08:30 A.M.

Dear Participants-Career Expo 2011,

Please find attached the tentative schedule to be followed during the event, Career Expo 2011 on 10th September 2011. 

You are all advised to please note the time slot during which you will be appearing for a particular company's interview/ USEFP Session. You all are also advised to follow those timings in a punctual manner. 

On the day of event, a Student Counselor in the interview room will be present to help you out in case if any issue arise.

CloudBPO test starts at 08:30 A.M. so for those who have registered for the test, it is advised to please follow the time-lines strictly in order to avoid any delays. The test will be held in a classroom on the Ground floor of the Department of Electronic Engineering. Please find attached, the list of students registered for the test.

Please it is advised to bring copies (about 10) of your updated (proof-read and properly formatted) one-page Resume. The resume should contain only relevant information. 

Also, it is hoped that all of the registered participants have gone through the Code of Ethics (approved by the Chairman of the Department) and will abide by the guidelines and avoid violation of any clause of the code. In case if somebody has missed, I am again attaching the Code of Ethics document.

Also, please note that Warid was declined of its participation in the event due to some complications.
