Dear Students,
Second last quarterly Evaluation will be held on 17th and 8th of Sept.
Following are the protocols to be followed by the students and their advisers (Internal and/or external both):
1) Presence of the Internal Advisor during the evaluation is a MUST, External is optional
2) In case, internal advisor is not available, his or her group will not be evaluated and a case of "U"assignment will be independently handled by the committee.
3) Students should be ready this time to defend their projects along with internal with the justification of 1000 hours per group member.
4) Only 5 minutes will be provided to each group and there will be no alternate day to defend again. Therefore, students must be ready to defend their project title and the work done so far.
