Another issue with the data that people need to be aware of: clinical
data comes with a variety of sample frequencies. For example, these
sample frequencies appear at least once in TUSZ v1.5.1:

hdr_sample_frequency =   1000.0
hdr_sample_frequency =   250.0
hdr_sample_frequency =   256.0
hdr_sample_frequency =   400.0
hdr_sample_frequency =   512.0

A complete listing of all the header information for each file in dev
and train can be found here:

DOCS/06_files_header_dump.txt

We usually resample all the data to 250 Hz before processing it. If
there is interest, we can make a resampled version of the data available.
