We are pleased to announce the second major release of the The Temple
University Hospital Digital Pathology Corpus (TUDP). This corpus is
described in this publication:

https://isip.piconepress.com/publications/conference_presentations/2021/ieee_spmb/dpath/

This has been a long time in the making and is the result of a large
team of researchers working over a long period of time. This release
took much longer than expected, but hopefully will represent a major
contribution to machine learning research in digital pathology.

Please review the README file here for more details:

https://isip.piconepress.com/projects/nsf_dpath/downloads/tuh_dpath/v2.0.0/AAREADME.txt

about the data. You can download the data using anonymous rsync:

rsync -auxv ne...@www.isip.piconepress.com:data/dpath/tuh_dpath/v2.0.0 .

We have actually scanned over 80,000 images and will be releasing these
over the next six months. This release only includes annotated slides
for breast tissue. But we have a lot more data on the way.

As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,

Joseph Picone
Professor, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering
