If yes, I have some great news for you! The SparklePony Express is returning to NECTR – and YOU can be a part of making it happen.

Read on to learn how you and/or your theme camp can participate in 2025.

📬 Host a SparklePony Express 💌post office 💌

Do you want to help connect NECTRines in your neighborhood? Do you love encouraging others to send letters and notes? Consider hosting a SparklePony Express post office! It’s as simple as filling out a Google form and putting out a postbox.

🌅 Submit a postcard design 🌅

Do you want to share your art with NECTRines across the event? We'll be printing limited runs of custom, event-specific postcards. So we're soliciting designs from you all – whether a photograph, drawing, or whatever artwork you think would make for good postal connections and memories.

They should be in the form of a png that's at least 300 dpi and has a 2:3 aspect ratio (i.e. will fill a 4" x 6" postcard).

Please note! Unfortunately, we can only print a limited number of postcard designs. We will do our best to showcase all art submitted to us, but we may not be able to print your design as a postcard.

🐴 Send and deliver post at NECTR 🐴

Bring letters and postcards and send them to other NECTRines during the event! Don’t forget to address them with your recipient’s name, where to find them, and a stamp! Bring your own supplies or stop by a SparklePony Express post office to see what’s available. If you’re sending post to people outside the event, remember to bring appropriate USPS postage!

You can also come to any SparklePony Express Post Office to learn how to deliver post at NECTR. It’s as easy as carrying a letter from point A to point B! We will have instructions posted for aspiring postal workers. No previous postal delivery experience required!
