non-potable water?

Is there still a creek or river flowing where we can get non-potable
water (e.g. fire safety buckets). I remember the river where the
margarita barge used to be was kinda mostly dried up, but I didn't
investigate exactly how dried up.

The flow looked decent at the first work weekend - lots of water, tho you might get muddy scooping some up.
