Dear Pastors and leaders
It is with great excitement that the Women’s forum have announced that their website is up and running.
This will be the place where women in leadership in their churches can start to connect with them.
Kindly advise all women in leadership of the website www.calledtolead.co.za and encourage them to visit this site.
Below please find the endorsement that Costa Mitchell, National Director of Vineyard Churches S.A. has written and was included on the website.
“Vineyard Churches SA is unequivocally committed to the fullest expression of unity in diversity, between cultures, generations and genders. To that end we are proud to endorse a further focus on women in leadership, which is being promoted via the website www.calledtolead.co.za.
It is being championed by several of our leading women in ministry, who have the fullest and most enthusiastic confidence of our national leadership team. They will be planning seminars and conferences, building a network and supporting you as a woman in leadership in becoming the best version of you, black or white, socially priviledged or marginalized, suburban or rural.
What that team and I are committed to is that every Vineyard church in SA encourage, deploy and develop women in their leadership teams, that more and more women are trained and ordained to pastoral ministry and leadership, and that our entire movement journey intentionally to the goal of equity and diversity”.
Blessings and love
