Greetings Fellow Gamers!
The Stonehill Science Fiction Association and the Staff of Necronomicon is now gearing up for our 2019 convention. As always, we need you to make it a success. Please keep reading below for details and how you can help.
The Gaming Site is Open
Gaming has long been one of Necro’s mainstays and we hope that you can help us keep it that way. Our goal each year is to have 100+ tabletop gaming events to offer our attendees. To that end the gaming registration site is now open for business. Just go to http://rjritchie.com/necro/index.cfm to see that current gaming schedule, and more importantly sign up to run games and volunteer at the gaming info table at Necro. If you work for 10 hours at the con you will be eligible to have your admission fee refunded. Remember, we can’t do it without you.
Same “Bat Time” Same “Bat Channel”
Necro 2019 will be on Oct. 18-20, 2019 at the same hotel as last year, The Holiday Inn Westshore on 700 N. Westshore Blvd. Tampa, FL 33609. The rooms are $139/night up to quad occupancy. Necro’s Guests of Honor this year are Best selling fantasy Author, Shannon Mayer and long-time movie scream Queen, Brinke Stevens. We’ll also have many other events to tickle your nerd fancy. “Necronomicon’s Got Talent”, the “rock-paper-scissors-lizard-spock hoop-hop challenge”, “Wait-Wait don’t tell me the sci-fi edition”, trivia contests, panel discussions, writer’s workshop, the masquerade, hall costumes, our world famous con-suite and much more.
