GREETINGS FELLOW GAMERS!
First, the staff of Necronomicon hopes that you and yours all remain safe, healthy, and free of damage in the coming storm season. Please be careful and prepared so you can come to Necro and have a great weekend.
As you all know, Necronomicon 2019 is fast approaching. The con will October 18-20 at the Holiday Inn Westshore in Tampa. Our Guests of Honor will be Best-selling Fantasy Author, Shannon Mayer and Horror Movie Scream Queen, Brinke Stevens. GM DEADLINE
The deadline to get your games on the convention schedule is Fri. Sept. 20 at midnight (21 days from today). Currently, we are about halfway to our yearly goal of 100+ tabletop gaming events. As always, we depend on you to help us get there. If you work 10 hours during the con weekend, you will be eligible for a full refund of your admission price after you work your hours. If you are registered for 10 hours before the deadline, you will be on the list to get in for the pre-reg rate of $40 whether you pre-register or not (although it helps us out if you do). Remember, anything you want to run is OK with us. Is there a brand-new game you were just dying to try out? Bring it along and run it. Want to dust off some 40-year-old D&D module? Cool! Need to truck in your Napoleonic miniatures for a war-game? Even better!

Click on “Schedule” at the top to see our current schedule of games.
Click on “Participate” in the lower left to log into your GM account. New GM’s should click the “First Time” box on the log in page. New accounts must be approved by us before you can log in, but we do that pretty quickly. If you have forgotten your log-in information, just contact me (see below) and I will get you in.
Once you log into your account, you can register games or volunteer for the gaming info table on the same page.
VOLUNTEERS
We currently have 26 hours available at our Gaming Info table. Please remember that these hours are separate from any games you register. GM’s who want to take gaming info shifts should be careful not to schedule volunteered hours opposite their games. We do check, but we’re not perfect and this sort of thing has caused problems in the past. Also, remember that you don’t have to run games to volunteer. In addition to the gaming info table we also have work available in Convention Security and in the Consuite. You can visit the main convention site (see above) to get more info on those.
