Greetings Fellow Gamers!
Necronomicon 2016 is in just under 2 months and we still need your help to make it a success!
WE NEED GM's!!!
As you probably know, we try to have over 100 separate tabletop gaming events on our schedule before our deadline Sept 29 (the website is currently incorrect).
We currently only have about 40 games on the schedule (check it out here: http://rjritchie.com/necro/schedule.cfm) and we need your help to fill it so we can have another great gaming weekend this year.
Remember, if you volunteer to work 10 hours (either running games, working the gaming info table, or in one of our other departments) you get your admission refunded.
All you need to do is go to http://necrogaming.org/ to sign up.

New Guest of Honor
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Tananarive Due cannot attend Necro. Fortunately, one of our prospective 2017 guests was able to come this year instead. Fantasy Author Steven Brust (best known for his Vlad Taltos novels) will be our GoH this year along with Stephen Barnes.
NEC @ Nite
Necronomicon has always been a "round the clock" convention, but we are going to have some special programming this year, just for the late night crowd. Local bands, special movie showings, and lot's more.
Also, we will have a special admission rate Friday & Saturday nights for those folks who are visiting MegaCon across town. Just show your MegaCon badge after 7pm to get a special discounted admission for Necro.
SHORT FILM FESTIVAL
Necro will host it's first ever short film festival during the con on Sunday from 10am-2pm. Although they are no longer taking submissions, we encourage everyone to come and see the entries.
