About Speakers:
Norman is responsible for optimizing the positive impacts of SBA economic development programs and services on the growth of the local economy in Massachusetts. As a Boston native, Norman grew up in Chinatown and has experience with various community-based organizations both as a program participant and as a collaborative partner. Previously, Norman served as Operations Manager at Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center and Partnership Specialist for the US Census Bureau. Norman resides in Milton, MA with his wife Angela and children: Izaac and Charlotte.
 Dick Rossman is a senior mentor in SCORE and has been in sales for over 30 years in the Boston area, working for several small businesses and consulting to many others. He has been a sales rep, VP sales and marketing, sales manager, sales coach, trainer, and mentor. He enjoys working with folks who need to grow their business or improve their sales results by working one-on-one. I also have a solid background in small business management, having been an owner of several small businesses. His AREAS OF EXPERTISE include Business Strategy & Planning, Manufacturing & Product Development, Business Operations, Sales, Marketing & Public Relations, Industry experience, Professional & Business Services, Manufacturing, and Technical & Scientific Services. Dick received his MBA from Columbia University. NECINA E Club Overview:
NECINA Entrepreneur Club (E Club) is a community of technology company founders and Executives. Through its partnership with other businesses or organizations, E Club organizes regular meetings/network events, and provides a resourceful platform for E Club members to get training, conduct network, and promote their businesses.
