NECINA Entrepreneurship Club Meeting
"Growing Your Business: Sales, Marketing and Culture"

Venue: This is an invitation only event. Please contact
harr...@necina.org to join the event and register. Detailed meeting
information will be emailed to qualified attendants. 10 “sit-in”
seats available to qualified NECINA members. “Sit-in” attendants will
be free to ask questions after the meeting, but not during the
meeting.

Time: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm, Monday, April, 23, 2012

Cost: Free to NECINA Entrepreneur members, VIP guests and invited
NECINA members.

How to grow my business? How to increase sales? What is effective way
of marketing in today’s high tech world? How can a positive company
culture help my business grow? These are some of the questions that
all business owners and executives have in their mind most of the
time.
NECINA Entrepreneur Club has the honor of having Mr. Nikita Bernstein,
CEO and co-founder of FairSetup, to share with us as a keynote speaker
his experience and his insight on how to grow business for small
startup companies. Mr. Bernstein will also present the business model
of his current company FairSetup.com. FairSetup co-founders, John H.
Silva, and Mr. Yiqiao Tang will also join us as the panelists, to
share with us their experience and answer questions for all
attendants.
After the talk, we will have a group discussion including preparation
of Entrepreneur member companies to showcase their products and
services at up coming NECINA annual meeting in early June.

Bios:
Mr. Nikita Bernstein: Keynote speaker, panelist

Nikita Bernstein is the CEO and founder of FairSetup
(www.fairsetup.com), a company that focuses on a novel impact-based
compensation model. After graduating from Rutgers University with a
degree in computer science and mathematics, he worked as a C++
developer at a technology firm (SiMX). As the business grew, Nikita
became progressively more involved in the business side and, in 2006,
he co-founded JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments), which is the
first scientific video journal in existence. As an entrepreneur,
Nikita leverages his business experience and technical knowledge to
consult and advise start-up and growth-stage companies to ensure that
they avoid common mistakes with respect to building sales & marketing
teams while ensuring a solid supporting infrastructure and being
mindful of maintaining a healthy culture.

John H. Silva - panelist
John is a former US Marine, a serial entrepreneur and a Harvard
graduate, John co-founded FairSetup. He has a deep understanding of
entrepreneurship and team psychology.

Yigiao Tang - panelist
Yiqiao Tang is co-founder of FairSetup (www.FairSetup.com). He
obtained bachelor degree in the School of Physics at Peking
University, and is now in the final year of PhD program in the
Department of Physics at Harvard University. In the last 5 years, he
published 10 academic papers, including one 1st author article in the
Science Magazine. At FairSetup, he is responsible for mathematical
modeling and client engagement. He is also passionate for public
service, and was a volunteer teacher at a school for migrant worker
children in suburban area, China, in the past spring.
