Hello,

I am sending this email on behalf of my superior who is interested in working with you. I confirm that my superior is ready to proceed immediately but please note:

1. My superior runs a private concern mainly in properties and his business profile is attached.
2. The current scope of work with you is based on an inheritance after a family trust was dissolved.
3. My superior is looking to diversify away from properties into Tech and Fintech and other areas and this is why I contacted you.

My superior will be happy to work with you as a stakeholder in your firm/developments.
